Very tasty and thick white Transcarpathian soup with beans and semolina dumplings. The soup is not quick, but the steps are very simple: soak and boil the beans, fry the onions and tomatoes, make dough for the dumplings (simple egg, with the addition of semolina) and mix milk, sour cream and flour for dressing. Combining all the components, we get a hearty first dish with a delicate taste.
