At night, when we sleep, we breathe deeply.

Because of deep breathing, our body loses carbon dioxide. 

And our body, trying to keep the loss of carbon dioxide at a normal level, begins to narrow the nasal passages.

Method number one:

 

You need to reduce your breathing depth. 

You should start breathing with a slight sensation of lack of air. 

 

Method number two:

 

Hold your breath. 

 

How to properly hold your breath?

 

A normal inhale. 

Exhale incomplete. 

Hold breath till occurrence, desire to breathe in.

 

Inhalation after a delay should not differ from normal inhalation in a calm state. 

 

Breath after the delay should be minimal. 

 

Restore your breathing.

 

Repeat the breath hold until your nose is breathing well.

 

During the day, it is advisable to breathe shallowly.

As you breathe, you should feel a slight lack of air. 

 

The less air you breathe in, the better your health.
