Why is Satanism despised?

It's too simple for a questionnaire to ask why the so called religion is looked down on by most, but mainly Christians who are quick to answer why Satanism is bad, and how they can squeeze in more than a few words of their "loving" God as well as Jesus on why Satan is bad.

Even Google doesn't gave a clear answer, but at the very least it isn't biased, showing results on the meaning, ideal, and the philosophical beliefs on the religion that isn't a religion to begin with. LaVeyan Satanism was the first form of Satanism that's a nontheistic religion made in 1966 founded by Anton LaVey starting a new movement at the time, rather  than idolize Satan, Satanists aren't materialistic, don't give a damn about amorality, and that their main focus is values as well as pride, carnality, and enlightenment, provoking a naturalistic type of view seeing life as surreal as well abstract to a degree that's unpredictable on the state of what the world (either negative or positive and maybe both) and universe has in mind for mankind as animals on one's own life. (Basically on how an individual lives, it's unique making use our own person, and enjoy this cruel world for what it has to offer; Love, Hate, Lust, and ones passion for what they want to achieve or gives them pride in.) Satanists do indeed chant and do Magik (magic) in both LaVeyan Satanists, and the Satanic temple Satanists. (There are more groups/movements, but for now these two are listed due to how well known they are in North America.) Despite both of the groups are about Satanism, they are still different types, due to LaVeyan Satanism which has been started in the 60's, Satanists at T.S.T. (The Satanistic Temple) have a modernized view of Satanism itself, so they're chants, and rituals of Magik are different, because of the altered beliefs.

Whats Greater and Lesser Magik?
It's simply Satanic magic, but it's more then chants, and rituals they do as a collective or alone. LaVeyan Satanism's rituals are good to blow off some steam with candles as well as drawn symbols while chanting if needed, and chants can be hail Satan or spells to keep one's mind at ease. Lesser Magik is known as everyday or situation magic "the practice of manipulation by means of applied psychology... which can be accomplished by utilizing elements of sex, sentiment, and wonder, in addition to the utilization of looks, body language, scents, color, patterns, and odor." (Source from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greater_and_lesser_magic) simply to draw attention or altering an out come with less of an affect to cause results. Greater Magik is known for provoking one's emotional energy by performing rituals to provide results based on emotion to aid one's well-being from stress, stopping from temptation, or when they think it's necessary to practice the rituals. "...based on three major psycho-emotive themes, including compassion (love), destruction (hate), and sex (lust)... with LaVey's Satanism encouraging the practice of magic to aid one's selfish ends" (Source from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greater_and_lesser_magic)

The Answer...
So the idea of Satanism sounds good in mind and the only thing that makes people look down on this movement is the involvement of Satanic symbolism being used, not to worship Satan who's lucifer like what most people would will think of it, but it's just the name of the group that Anton LaVey picked just to tick off religious people. (Mainly Christians)

There's more Satanist groups! Why?
Everyone has different beliefs or ideas on philosophy in the same group as well as religious groups with different types in the inner circle (like Baptist and catholic churches are both Christian groups, but with one being stricter than the other with it comes to viewing the Bible in different ways with different philosophical beliefs on not just a Bible, there's multiple versions of one book.)

The Satanistic Temple Satanist?
Anton LaVey's Satanism was the main focus on this article discussing about Satanism as a group, but when did it became a religion? Unlike LaVeyan Satanism being Satire to piss off Christians since the 60's, The Satanistic Temple turned Satanism into a religion in 2013, despite Lucien Greaves saying that T.S.T. is a nontheistic religion like Anton LaVey's form of Satanism, it doesn't seem like it since people in their group are treating this as a religion, making it hard to tell the difference between Satanism, and Luciferianism. (But despite the negativity that becomes with it, there's good that Greaves did by adding a more progressive, and modern look at the movement.)

Luciferianism?
This is what most people get Satanism confused with, Luciferianism's belief system is to worship Satan, "... that venerates the essential characteristics that are affixed to Lucifer, the name of various mythological and religious figures associated with the planet Venus. The tradition usually reveres Lucifer not as the devil, but as a destroyer, a guardian, liberator, light bringer or guiding spirit to darkness, or even the true god as opposed to Jehovah." (Source from https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luciferianism&ved=2ahUKEwitnLSH0uL1AhV4TDABHbKTCYIQFnoECA0QAQ&usg=AOvVaw1Ccs4Qq2YlrpepOd3-_zq6) So, instead of worrying about Satanism as a group, Luciferianism should be the main concern when it comes to actual devil worshipping, and that LaVeyan Satanism is occupied by edgy atheist people who like to annoy Christians.

The final conclusion.
Despite the satire group now becoming a religious group of people, it's still a movement to some who have philosophical beliefs about life on what it has to offer, and there's still an occurring mix up giving Satanism a bad reputation due to Illy informed people spreading false accusations about the group worshipping Satan as an Icon like Christians do to their god, Jesus, and to some extent the virgin mary.
