It's scandalously delicious and obscenely cheesy. And that's what I say, hating zucchini with the most fierce feelings. (I made this appetizer for my husband, but he got less than half of it) So it turns out that zucchini can be edible? No, not even that. They can be insanely delicious! Well, most importantly, the recipe is low-calorie and is perfect for those who are on a diet, but want to please themselves with yummy treats!

Zucchini and Cheese Miracle Recipe:
Take one medium zucchini or zucchini. Grate on a coarse grater, salt and let stand for about 15 minutes, so that the zucchini gave juice.
Squeeze the zucchini well, add a spoonful of flour, grated cheese, egg. And spices (I have dried garlic, dried tomato, honeysuneli, provincial herbs). Stir.
Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of baking parchment, forming a thin rectangle. The thinner it is, the crispier it is. If you want it juicier, you can make it a little bit thicker. And put it in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 minutes.
Then we take it out of the oven. You put one more sheet of parchment on top of the cake and with a swift move, turn it over. Sprinkle cheese on top and a little more provincial herbs. In the oven for 10 minutes, reduce temperature to 200 degrees.
Done! Sprinkle with aromatic parsley, cut into pieces and enjoy this cheesy, juicy-crisp magic!
The above proportions make 8 slices.
