How to make a milkshake: Classic milkshake with ice cream


Ingredients .

8 tablespoons of any ice cream;

250 ml milk;

1-2 teaspoons of jam, honey or syrup - as desired.



With a blender, turn the ice cream and milk into a smooth mass. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream, syrups, cookies, fruit and berries if desired.

2. Milkshake with fruit or berries


100-150 g of fruit or berries;

250 ml milk;

8 tablespoons vanilla ice cream;

1-2 teaspoons of honey, syrup or jam - as desired.


Crush pieces of fruit or berries in a blender with a little milk. Then add the ice cream. Stir to blend.


Pour over remaining milk and whisk again.

240 ml coffee;

100g sugar;

120 g cocoa;

2 pinches of salt;

1 teaspoon vanilla extract or sugar;

60 ml milk;

2 tablespoons powdered milk;

12 tablespoons ice cream;

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.


Boil coffee and sugar. Pour in the cocoa and a pinch of salt. After a couple of minutes when the sauce has thickened, add the vanilla. Allow to cool to room temperature.

In a blender, whisk together the milk, ice cream, salt and syrup. Pour some of the sauce into a glass, then pour the cocktail. Alternate layers all the way to the top.

5. Milkshake with whole berries

250 g raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or other berries;

2 teaspoons sugar;

350 ml water;

10 tablespoons ice cream;

170 g of Greek yogurt;

60 ml of milk.


Put the berries and sugar in a small saucepan and fill with water. Boil until they start to burst and release juice and the sugar has dissolved. When it has cooled down, use a blender to whisk the sugars.


In a blender, whisk together the ice cream, yogurt and milk.


Pour the cocktail into glasses. Add a few berries in a sugar syrup to each one. Stir and serve.

6. Milkshake with cookies

5-6 cookies, shortbread or other cookies;

8 tablespoons of ice cream;

240 ml milk;

Whipped cream, chocolate chips and cookies - for decoration.


Cut cookies in small pieces. Whisk in blender together with ice cream and milk.


Pour into a glass. Garnish with cream, chocolate and cookies.

7. Milkshake with coffee

10 tablespoons vanilla ice cream;

1 teaspoon cocoa;

1 pinch of cinnamon;

80 ml cold coffee;

60 ml milk;

Whipped cream and chocolate for decoration.


Whisk the ice cream, cocoa, cinnamon, coffee and milk in a blender. Pour into a glass. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate.

8. Milkshake with dates

100 g dates;

60 ml water;

12 tablespoons vanilla ice cream;

240 ml milk.


Cut dates into small pieces. Pour in water and put in microwave for 30-45 seconds. Place in a blender and puree.


Add ice cream and milk to the date mixture. Whisk and immediately pour into glasses.

9. Milkshake with Coke

10 tablespoons vanilla ice cream;

80 ml milk;

2 tablespoons cherry juice;

1 tablespoon lime juice;

200 ml of Coke.


In a blender, whisk together the ice cream, milk, half the cherry and lime juice.


Pour the remaining juice into the bottom of the glass, followed by the milkshake. Leave about a fifth of it empty.


Slowly pour the cola on top.

10. Milkshake with colored jelly beans

2 bananas;

80 ml milk;

4 tablespoons of ice cream;

1 teaspoon vanilla extract;

1 teaspoon color dragee.


Cut bananas into slices and freeze. Afterwards, chop. If your blender is not designed for ice, use regular fruit.


Pour in the milk and whisk until smooth.


Add the ice cream and vanilla to the banana-milk mixture. Whisk again.


Pour into glasses and add dragees.
