I know it’s tough to think only about positive things. But whenever you feel depressed about any particular topic or situation, Then try to find the positive side of that situation. By doing this, you will decrease the negativity in your life.

An adult should sleep at least 6 to 8 hours daily. Sleep can reduce stress. And if you want to have excellent mental health, there is no alternative to a healthy sleep routine.

First, forgive yourself. Don’t feel guilty for your past mistakes. And try to forgive others. Don’t hold personal grudges against anyone. Holding grudges can severely affect your mental health. So for your mental wellness, forgive yourself and others.
