10 tips to get rid of bags under the eyes

When bags appear under the eyes there is only one desire - to eliminate them immediately. Cosmetology gurus offer a lot of means against circles and puffiness. However, some of them are expensive and ineffective. Is it possible to cope with the problem yourself, quickly and cheaply? Here are a few ways to erase the "panda effect" from the face.

1. Water

Firstly, in order to eliminate puffy bags one should drink water. Water will wash away excess salt and toxins and, consequently, the swelling will go away with them. Alas, those with kidney problems should be very cautious since excessive "libation" can only worsen the problem.

2. Ice

Cold constricts blood vessels. Ice is the first remedy against edema. Apply them under the eyes and in a few minutes the bags will "dissolve".

3. Cold spoons

As an alternative method one can use metal spoons chilled in the freezer. Apply for 5 minutes and the cold metal will work wonders on puffy eyes.

4. Tea

Tea is not only a healthy drink but also a great compress for puffy eyes. Both green and black teas contain tannins, antioxidants which together have a tonic, strengthening and anti-edematous effect. Once you brewed tea you can put the warm sachets on the eyes. After 15 minutes you are ready to go anywhere.

5. Potatoes

Potatoes being put on your eyes will gently whiten the skin, smooth out fine wrinkles, and, in general, have moisturizing and refreshing effect. The recipe for a simple potato mask is as follows: grate a potato tuber on a fine grater, add a little cream and flour and then put the mask obtained under the eyes in the manner of patches. Or there is a more simple way: put a thin potato slice on each eye. Keep compresses or applications for at least 15 minutes.

6. Parsley

Even luxury cosmetic manufacturers tend to love parsley. Its chemical composition copes with bags, blueness, pigmentation, and can even fight aging skin. Crumble the parsley into a mush, apply the mush to your eyes and fix it with damp absorbent cotton disks. After 15 minutes wash it away with cold water and enjoy the effect.

7. Peppermint

Mint lotions can help refresh the skin and reduce swelling. Prepare a compress in the same way as any other herbal compress, i.e. crush and grind the raw material to a pulp. Wrap it up with wet gauze napkin and put it on your eyes.

8. Cucumber

Every woman did a cucumber mask at least once in her life. The whitening, moisturizing and toning properties of cucumber are recognized by official cosmetology! If you do not want to bother yourself with the preparation of masks just put cucumber slices on your eyes. Once you feel the slices have given up all the moisture to your skin turn them over or replace them with new ones.

9. Egg whites

Egg white has proven to be excellent as an anti-edematous, whitening and lifting remedy. Whisk the egg white to firm peaks, apply the "cream" under the eyes and allow the mask to dry for 15 minutes. Wash your face. No bags, no wrinkles!

10. Clay

Cosmetic clay is another effective remedy for under-eye problems. The absorbent properties of clay will quickly eliminate puffiness. Unfortunately, the drying nature of clay is not the best reason to use the product under the eyes too often. Only as an emergency measure. And if none of the mentioned folk recipes work go to the doctor. The cause of the puffiness can relate to some other problems.
