7 tasty dishes you can make in half an hour

1. Tuna salad

A record-breaking quick salad, the process takes a few minutes.

Ingredients:

1 can of canned tuna in its own juice;

1 can of canned beans;

2 large salted cucumbers;

1 large fresh cucumber;

½ onion;

1 tablespoon vinegar;

2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Preparing

Start with the onion. Cut it in half rings, scald it with boiling water and pour it with vinegar diluted according to the instructions (usually indicated on the package). Set aside, let it marinate. In the meantime, chop the cucumbers, drain the liquid from the beans, take the tuna out of the can and break it into pieces with a fork.

 

Mix the ingredients together. Take the onions out of the vinegar and add to the salad. Pour the mixture with oil, generously peppered. Be careful with the salt: the cucumbers and tuna have already done their part.

 

2. Pseudo-cesar .

Foodies can roll their eyes as much as they want, but when speed comes to the forefront there is no time to stir homemade "Caesar" sauce. That's why mayonnaise comes to the rescue.

Ingredients:

1 iceberg lettuce sprout;

2 chicken breast fillets;

3 tablespoons oil;

3 slices of loaf;

1 garlic clove;

50 g cheese;

2 tablespoons mayonnaise.

Preparation

Fry small pieces of fillet in 1.5 tablespoons of oil until tender. Heat oil in a frying pan on a nearby burner, rub garlic into it, brown diced loaf. If you have time, cut the crusts off the bread beforehand.

 

Peel the iceberg in a bowl with your hands, put the chicken, croutons, grate the cheese, dress with mayonnaise on top. If you don't serve the salad right away, put the mayonnaise between the iceberg and the chicken so it doesn't soak into the breadcrumbs and they stay crispy.

 

Add a few halved cherry tomatoes for a juicier version of the salad.

 

3. Salad with smoked sausage

This salad is completely without frills, but quick and delicious.

Ingredients:

200 g of smoked sausage;

½ small bale of cabbage;

2 large tomatoes;

1 can of canned green peas;

4 tablespoons mayonnaise.

Preparation

Cut the sausage and tomatoes into julienne strips, shred the cabbage, add the peas and dress with mayonnaise. Pepper these vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

 

Soups

Cooking soup is usually delayed by the need to boil the meat and get the broth. But there are options where this problem is solved. If you need to speed up the process, heat water in an electric kettle instead of on the stove and pour it into a pot.

 

4. Soup with smoked lentils

The important thing here is to choose the right lentils. Look for one that is for soups. The instructions on the packet advise boiling them for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

200 g of smoked meat (chicken, brisket, ribs);

200 g lentils;

½ carrot;

½ onion;

1 tablespoon oil.

Preparation

In a pot put the lentils and chopped lentils (if using ribs, separate the flesh from the bone), pour water, put on the fire. Chop the onion and fry it in a pan. After it will brown, add grated carrots and continue frying.

 

When lentils are ready, add the contents of the pan to the pot and boil for a couple more minutes.

 

5. Mashed Mushroom Soup

This puree soup is also very low-calorie and would be good for any health-conscious party.

Ingredients:

300 g mushrooms;

1 medium zucchini.

Preparation

Slice the mushrooms and peeled zucchini and boil until they are soft. Then transfer a little at a time to the bowl of a blender and puree them. Adjust the thickness with the broth in which the mushrooms and zucchini were cooked.

 

You can add cream to the soup, but it should be preheated.

 

6. Cheese soup with red fish

Not the most budget-friendly, but still a quick soup option.

Ingredients:

200 g red fish;

3 potatoes;

4 sprigs of dill;

3 melted cheese.

Preparation

Cut potatoes into medium cubes and boil until half cooked. Add shredded melted cheese to vegetable broth, wait until it dissolves. Put the red fish chopped into medium slices. Bring to the readiness, turn off the heat and let the soup stand for 5 minutes.

 

When serving, sprinkle with dill, the combination of red and green will look beautiful in the plate.

7. Chicken fillet with pineapple and broccoli
