Ingredients for stuffed apples
10 pcs. apples;
one glass of milk;
half a cup of rice;
one chicken egg;
4 tbsp. sugar (optional);
2 tablespoons of butter;
50 g raisins;
50g walnuts or almonds;
Cinnamon and honey to taste.
How to cook stuffed apples in the oven?
Wash the apples, remove the top of them with a cap, remove the core and sprinkle the inside with cinnamon.
Wash the raisins and scald them with boiling water. Peel the nuts and finely chop them.
Wash the rice and boil it in milk, optionally with sugar.
In the boiled rice break an egg, put raisins, nuts and butter. If the rice is boiled without sugar, add honey to taste. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Fill the apples with the sweet rice mixture and place on a baking tray. To prevent the fruit from burning, you can pour a few spoons of water on the bottom.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C, covering the tops of the apples.
