AMD announced collaboration with 343 Industries to launch Halo Infinite - and release a laminated Radeon RX 6900 XT in Halo style

AMD has been working closely with the Halo Infinite development team to provide outstanding gaming capabilities on a variety of platforms, including AMD Radeon RX 6000-series graphics, AMD Ryzen processors and Xbox consoles based on the AMD RDNA 2 architecture.

The Radeon RX 6900 XT Halo Infinite Limited Edition features the iconic elements of Master Chief himself, including the Iridium Gold bezel surrounding the cooling system, The iconic Spartan "117" badge, as well as the Cortana blue light element indicating the SHI slot on the back of the Master Chief's armor.

Lime-white Radeon RX 6900 XT will not be available in stores - Halo fans will be able to get it in raffles, which will be announced in the near future. Partners are encouraged to follow the announcements on AMD Radeon and Halo social media.

Also, starting on June 26, AMD will include a token for 1 month of Xbox Game Pass access for PCs. This option will occur when purchasing certain AMD Radeon and AMD Ryzen products from participating discount stores, and gamers will be able to play Halo Infinite with Game Pass from day one.

In a separate blog, Halo Infinite developers told about the differences of the PC version of the game compared to the console version:

The game will not be a port from the Xbox, it was created from scratch, added enhanced graphics and full customization of the management - you can most certainly tailor the shooter to yourself. Specifically, to recognize the performance of the command by pressing three buttons at once, to record the minimum and maximum frame rate indicator, change the location of the radar and the indicator of ammunition supply.

It is declared support for ultra-wide monitors in Hor+ mode with a wide field of view.

The developers used a special modified misha with a pressure detection sensor and a high-speed camera to minimize delays.

The developers abandoned the complex DRM solutions and created their own anticheat, which does not use services in the background and does not create heavy pressure on the system.

If necessary, the players will be able to raise the LAN-server for the game locally, and to the matches will be able to join the consoles.

At the partnership Razer for brand accessories have developed a special effects, which are created depending on what happens in Halo Infinite.

At launch, Halo Infinite will not include support for real-time exchange traffic, but maintaining support for the technology is one of the main priorities of the studio, on which it is working together with AMD.
