Beets baked in the oven in foil


Beets - 400 grams

Sour cream - 65 grams

Hard cheese - 35 grams

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Parsley - 2 sprigs

Butter - 10 grams


For the preparation we need beets with a sweetish taste, medium-sized, dense to the touch. It is desirable to consume, warm and with sour cream.
