Benefits of eating dry fruits.

In winter, there are problems like cold, fever and weakened immunity. Hence, dry fruits are one of the ways to stay healthy during this season. It keeps heat in the body. There are many elements in dry fruits which increase our immunity, blood sugar remains under control. So, in this article we will see what other benefits can be obtained from eating dry fruits.

 

1. Almond:- Almonds are considered to be the best of the dry fruits. It not only improves our memory, but eating almonds also removes bad cholesterol. Due to which our heart remains healthy. Almonds help us to avoid cancer. Almonds also keep blood pressure under control. Almonds contain vitamin E, due to which our hair and skin remain healthy. Hence, one must eat at least 8 to 10 soaked almonds every morning.

2. Walnut:- The structure of the nut is similar to the brain. Taking care of it keeps the memory and intelligence sharp. It improves our mental health and also improves sleep. It contains Omega-3, which is very useful for keeping the heart healthy. Walnuts also contain vitamin E, which keeps skin and hair healthy.

Pistachios also contain other elements such as magnesium, fiber, potassium, vitamin K, etc. This keeps blood sugar under control, and increases good cholesterol. It is also useful in weight loss. 6. Raisin:-Eating raisins increases iron in the body. This reduces the deficiency of blood, and the body becomes energetic. Eating raisins also strengthens our bones and improves digestion. Soaking raisins in water and drinking that water makes the skin shiny.

7. Peanuts:-Peanuts are also very nutritious like almonds. Groundnut keeps us away from many diseases. It improves blood circulation and keeps the heart healthy. Soaked peanuts are very beneficial. Eating it improves memory. Eating peanuts keeps blood sugar under control, and also reduces joint pain. Peanut also contains many types of minerals, which are very beneficial for our body. Peanuts contain elements like calcium, potassium, copper, iron, manganese, selenium and zinc. Peanuts also contain antioxidants and vitamin E, which are very useful for the skin, and also protect from the harmful rays of the sun. Eating peanuts provides relief from acidity problems.

 

Thus, consumption of dry fruits is very beneficial. Consuming it regularly and in proper quantity gives many benefits to the body. So soaking dry fruits in water every night and eating them in the morning is more beneficial.
