Chop the softened apricots with a blender.

Place the millet in a saucepan, pour 250 ml of water, add the sugar and cook until tender.

Mix the finished millet with the dried apricots, semolina, lemon zest, and cocoa and grind everything together with a blender.

Form small balls from the resulting mass and send them to the freezer for 10 minutes
