Chicken fillet with garlic in sour cream


  • chicken fillet 2 pcs.
  • sour cream 4-5 tbsp.
  • onion 1 head.
  • vegetable oil.
  • spices.
  • salt.
  • for the sauce:

  • sour cream 200 ml.
  • flour 2 tbsp.
  • garlic 2 cloves.


STEP 1.Dice a raw chicken breast. Peel and wash the onion, dice it. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, place the fillets, sprinkle with spices, salt and fry for five minutes. Add chopped onions and stew for another five minutes. Pour the sour cream into the pan, stir the mass and heat the chicken dish for another 10 minutes, under a lid.
