Chuck's Marinated Steak

                Ingredients:

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

2 pounds boneless beef steak

 

                Preparation:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the 1st 7 ingredients.

Add beef and flip to coat.

Cover, place in freezer for 8 hours or overnight.

Combine and discard marinade.

Grill steak, covered, over medium heat in the direction of 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until beef reaches desired doneness.

Allow to stand for 10 minutes before tenderizing.
