We're having lasagna, salad, and sprats sandwiches for dinner.
For the stew :
1 bell pepper.
1 celery pod
1 kg minced meat
Half a glass of wine
A can of tomatoes in their own juice
1 bay leaf
Fry a little onion, carrots, celery, sweet pepper in olive oil. Add to them minced meat (I have beef). Fry a little. Add wine. When the wine evaporates - add tomatoes in their own juice, salt, pepper, add basil (I have dry). Leave to stew for a while. Add 200 ml of water, bay leaf. Close the lid and stew for about 40 minutes. The stew should be neither dry nor runny.
Grease the bottom of the mold with béchamel sauce. (I have ready bought) On top of the lasagna sheets (mine do not need to soak or boil). Top with ragu, cheese. Again lasagna sheets - béchamel, ragu, cheese. Basically, keep going until the mold is filled. Top with a layer of ragu, cheese and into a preheated oven at 180° for ~30 min. Done 😉
For lasagna salad: arugula, tomatoes, olives, olive oil.
For sandwiches: cut baguette into slices, fried them on both sides until golden, cooled, rubbed with garlic, smeared with robiola, topped with a slice of cucumber, sprats and a leaf of arugula.
