Ingredients:
For the ice cream:
33-35% whipping cream - 500 ml,
condensed milk - to taste.
For the caramel:
sugar - 100 g,
butter - 50 gr,
cream 25% and higher - 100 ml,
salt - to taste.
How to prepare:
Whisk the cream for ice cream with a mixer until thickened, add condensed milk to taste and mix with a mixer on low speed. In a saucepan, melt butter, add sugar and heat, stirring, until sugar is melted. Bring the sugar mixture to a golden color and pour in the hot cream. Cook for a few more minutes until all the caramel has dissolved, add salt to taste. Let the mixture cool until completely dissolved. Transfer half of the ice cream mixture to a container, spoon out the caramel mixture on top, then spoon out the rest of the cream mixture.
