Q:How do I play Fortnite on my iOS device?

A:Apple has prohibited Fortnite from being updated or installed on iOS devices. iOS device owners who have Fortnite installed can continue to play version 13.40.

Q:What iOS devices is Fortnite NOT compatible with?

A:Fortnite does not support: iPhone 5S, 6, 6 Plus; iPad Air, Mini 2, Mini 3, iPod Touch 6th generation and older.

Q:Do Bluetooth headsets work on iOS devices?

A:Yes. Right now the game only supports Bluetooth headsets. They cannot be used for voice chat.

Q:Are Bluetooth controllers supported on iOS devices?

A:Yes. Most MFi controllers are supported for iOS, including Gamevice and Steelseries Nimbus.

Q:Can I play Fortnite on iOS with a mouse and keyboard?

A:No, mice and keyboards are not supported on iOS devices. If you connect a mouse and keyboard to your iOS device, you will be removed from the match.

Q:Is voice chat available on iOS devices?

A:Yes, voice chat is supported on all iOS devices. Please note that Bluetooth headsets cannot be used in voice chat on iOS devices.

A:Yes, the interface allows changes. Click on the Settings icon and open the interface layout. The interface layout allows you to move, scale and add additional buttons!

Q:Will Battle Storm appear on iOS devices?

A:No, we have no plans to make the Battle of the Storm campaign available on mobile devices at this time.

Q:Is Creative Mode available on iOS devices?

A:Yes, Creative Mode is available on all iOS devices.

Q:Can I play Fortnite on rooted devices?

A:No, rooted devices are not supported. We will consider root-righting devices if we can provide effective protection against cheaters.

Q:Can I play Fortnite on jailbreak enabled devices?

A:No, the game is not compatible with those devices.
