French Madeleine cookies

As well as the following products: 

A cup of flour with a slide, sifted through a sieve after sifting 

A quarter teaspoon of baking powder 

A pinch of a small pinch of fine sea salt 

120 grams of fresh, soft butter 

Half a cup of sugar (very fine) 

3 large eggs 

Egg yolk from a large egg 

2.5 teaspoons finely grated orange zest 

A teaspoon of vanilla extract (pure) 

Let's start making French Madeleine cookies. Bake it at a temperature of 175 degrees. Therefore, preheat the oven beforehand. 

1. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder and fine salt. This creates a flour mixture. Set this bowl aside for the time being. Put the sugar and soft butter in a whipping bowl. Whisk. The mass should become voluminous and fluffy. Now add the chicken eggs one at a time and whisk each time. This will create an egg/oil mixture. 2. 

Now whisk the egg yolk with the vanilla extract and orange zest. Add this mixture to the egg and butter mixture and whisk. 

3. Add the flour mixture. Stir with a silicone spatula. 

4. Grease a cookie sheet with a suitable oil (vegetable oil). Fill the molds. Fill the molds about 3/4 of the way full. 

5. Bake for about ten minutes. Immediately remove from the molds. Fill again with dough and bake. You will have 33 pieces. If you want, you can dip cookies in chocolate.
