Fruit salad [Preparation]

Fruit yogurt

Walnuts

Soak raisins and apricots for 2-3 hours beforehand.

 

2. chop the nuts and steamed apricots finely.

 

3. All the fruit is washed, peeled from the skin and seeds, cut into small pieces.

 

4. Layer the sliced fruit in a salad bowl or in portions, spreading 1 layer of yoghurt over the other.

 

5. Sprinkle dried apricots, raisins and walnuts on top.
