Ketchup - 50 g

Step by step recipe

Prepare the dough.
In a small bowl pour the kefir, add baking soda. Leave for 30 seconds, so that the baking soda reacted with the kefir - it is extinguished.
Add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt and mix.

Add flour in batches and knead a firm, but soft dough. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes, covered with a towel (so that it does not dry out on top). Meanwhile let's prepare stuffing.

Sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms slice. Chop the garlic shoots. Grate cheese.

Roll out the dough. Grease the dough with mayonnaise and ketchup. Put stuffing and sprinkle with cheese.
