How to grow hair faster in one week?

Hair fall has become a very big problem nowadays. Hence, we do many methods without knowing to grow new hair. But hardly any of them are useful. For which some reasons are responsible. In which not only external but also internal causes are responsible. So in this article we will discuss some such reasons and remedies.

 

1. Oil Massage:-It is imperative to use oil in the hair two to three times a week. Which strengthens the hair and prevents hair breakage. In which many types of oil can be used.

-Coconut Oil:-It has antifungal properties. Which naturally conditions hair, and also increases hair growth.

-Castor Oil:-Castor Oil contains protein, vitamin E and minerals. Which removes frizz from hair, and also makes hair thicker.

-Almond Oil:-Almond Oil contains proteins, fatty acids and antioxidants. Which helps in new hair growth.  

-Sesame oil:-This oil contains vitamin E, it also increases hair growth, and also prevents hair fall.  

-Onion Oil:- Onion juice added to coconut oil and used regularly on hair increases hair growth faster than normal, and also increases hair length.

                  

2. Hair Mask:-Hair masks are very useful for hair. It not only strengthens your hair but also makes it smooth and shiny.  

-Banana Hair Mask:- In which banana can be crushed and mixed with coconut oil and applied. 

- Mask of fenugreek seeds and onion juice:- Extract onion juice and mix it with fenugreek seeds powder and use it as a mask.

- Aloe vera mask:- In this you can mix aloe vera pulp, lemon juice and fenugreek seeds powder and make a paste. Thus, you can use many such masks apart from this one. 

3. Hair Product:- We use many products for hair. Like shampoo, conditioner, blush etc. But it is necessary to be very careful while choosing all these products. So that no one can harm the hair. Also, while choosing a shampoo, care should be taken that it should not contain too many chemicals, otherwise the problems of hair fall, split ends and split ends may occur. Hence, mild shampoo should always be used for washing hair.

4. Affordable Food and Drinks:-Even if our body does not get the required nutritious food, hair loss can occur, and hair growth is also stunted. So you should treat such foods. In which vitamins, minerals and proteins needed by the hair are available in the right amount. Like pulses, seeds, various types of pulses, curd, green leafy vegetables etc. Apart from this, there are also some drinks that can increase the amount of hair. Like carrot juice, amla juice, strawberry juice, pomegranate juice etc.

5. Mental health:-Yes, our mental health affects our hair just as much as our physical health. So conditions like excessive stress, depression and anxiety create imbalance in hormones. Due to which the problem of hair loss occurs. Hence, maintaining mental health is very important. For that, one can stay mentally healthy by regular exercise, reading good books and fulfilling one's favorite hobbies.
