How to Make Brownie Muffins:
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, cool slightly, and lightly beat with a mixer. Add the sugar and beat well again.
Next add eggs one by one and after each one beat the mass for a minute.
In a separate container sift flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients and knead the dough until homogeneous.
Spread the dough into the molds (the amount of dough is calculated about 12-14 muffins). Bake the chocolate cupcakes in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
