How to make chinese dry manchurian balls no onion no garlic recipe?

 

Ingredients                Serving: 2

Manchurian Balls Ingredients:

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/4 cup grated carrot

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp all purpose flour

1 tbsp Corn Flour

Oil for Deep frying

For the gravy:

1 tsp oil

1 cup finely chopped red, green and yellow bell peppers

1/4 cup finely chopped french beans

1/4 cup finely chopped carrot

2 finely chopped green chillies

1 tsp finely chopped ginger

Salt to taste

1 tsp soya sauce

2 tsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp sugar

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp corn flour slurry

Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

 

Manchurian balls preparation:

In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients and make the balls. Then deep fry them and keep aside.

Gravy preparation:

 

In a sauce pan, heat the oil and add in all the dry ingredients. Then mix it well and cook for 2 minutes. Now pour in water and cook for 2 more minutes.

Now add in the corn flour slurry and stir continuously until it thickens. Then add in the prepared manchurian balls and mix well.

Remove from heat and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it hot for dinner!
