How to make Masala prawns at home?


  1. 500grm Medium size prawns
  2. 3 Onion big (thinly chopped)
  3. 1 Tomato (cut into 4)
  4. 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  5. 1 tbsp Cumin seed
  6. 1 tbsp Fennel seed
  7. 10 Pepper corn
  8. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  9. 4 Dry red chilli
  10. 4 Kashmiri chilli
  11. 3 Clove
  12. 1 Cinnamon small stick
  13. 2 Green chilli (slitted)
  14. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  15. 1 Potato (cut into small cubes) (optional)
  16. 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  17. 5 tbs Oil
  18. as per taste Salt



  1. Clean prawns, remove the shell and tail, leave the head, and devein

  2. Wash again, marinade with turmeric powder,chilli powder salt and lemon juice

  3. Keep a pan, add, all the dry ingredients, fry until aroma comes, grind coarsely and keep
