Ingredients 3 tbsp of Maggi soup 2 tsp of freshly grated ginger 2 tbsp of chopped onion 1 tsp of salt 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp of chopped garlic 3 tsp of chopped green chillies 1/2 cup of chopped coriander 2 tbsp of chopped peanuts 1/2 cup of cashew nuts 2 tbsp of fresh cream 1 tbsp of butter How To Make It • In a pan, cook the onion, ginger, salt and cilantro. • Next, add in the grated tomatoes, garlic, green chillies, coriander, peanuts and a pinch of salt. • Cook for a minute, then add in the chopped tomatoes, cashews and fried onions. • Simmer for a minute, then add in the Maggi soup. • Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add in the cashew cream. • Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then add in the fresh cream.


Tips For A Better Taste

Check your Maggi packet for the number of eggs and boil them to form a lump free batter. Once it's ready, add the hot water to it and stir it for 5 minutes. The raw Maggi masala is ready now, add them to the cooked noodles, add the white meat, the salt and cook it for 5-7 minutes. Take out the pan from the oven and mash it in a mixing bowl. To the mashed Maggi add your other ingredients, mix it well and add more water if necessary to form a thick soup.
