We put in cold water and continue to stir. We wait until the mass cools.

You need to choose the right kind of condensed milk. The one in tin cans and on the label is labeled "made according to GOST".
Chilled cream must be whipped. We turn on the mixer at first on low speed, then gradually increasing it to a maximum. Achieve stable peaks. This is when the mass becomes airy and thick.
Gradually pour in the condensed milk and continue beating. This will take about 5 minutes.
Transfer to containers for freezing and put in the freezer for 3 hours or more.
A simple recipe on how to make ice cream without cream
Found an unusual recipe without using cream or milk. Honestly, very unusual. But it turns out pretty good.
I was confused by the vegetable oil. But if you choose unflavored oil, you won't taste it at all.
You can take any fruits and berries instead of strawberries.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Strawberries - 350 gr
Vegetable oil (unscented) - 50 gr
Sugar - 4 tablespoons (with slice).
Separate egg whites from the yolks.
Let's put 2 tablespoons of sugar and pour the vegetable oil into the yolks. Beat this mixture at maximum speed for about 4 minutes.
Chop the strawberries in a blender until they are pureed.
Now mix the two masses and whisk for another 1 minute.
Now we need to whip the whites. Important: The whites have to be cold.
There must not be a drop of water on utensils and whiskers. Completely dry tools, otherwise the whites will not whip.
Add a tablespoon of sugar and continue to whisk for another 1 minute. Then add the berry mixture and mix.
Prepare cups and forms and fill them with the ready mixture.
It can be quite difficult to get the dainty out of the molds afterwards. So we take it out of the freezer.
The one in cups we dip for a second in hot water and it almost jump out onto your plate by itself.
If the molds are small, then every half hour you don't need to take them out and stir them. And if large, then you need to prevent the formation of ice crystals.
