Reliance launched the country's largest convention center, know the specialties

Behind Jio World Center is the thinking of Nita Ambani, director of Reliance Industries and founder-chairperson of Reliance Foundation.

Reliance Industries Limited (Reliance Industries Ltd.) on Friday announced the opening of the country's largest and most prestigious multidisciplinary destination Jio World Center. 

It is spread over 18.5 acres in Mumbai's commercial center Bandra Kurla Complex.

 

The company said in a statement, “The idea behind the creation of Jio World Center was the thinking of Nita Ambani, director of Reliance Industries and founder-chairperson of Reliance Foundation. 

The center, spread over 18.5 acres, is poised to become an iconic business, commerce and cultural destination, providing India and its citizens a world-class landmark.”

Jio World Center will be inaugurated phase-wise. Jio World Center will also have a cultural centre, a musical fountain, retail showrooms of all the world's biggest brands, luxurious cafes and restaurants, serviced apartments and offices and a state-of-the-art convention centre. 

Phase-wise inauguration of Jio World Center will take place this year and next year. 

The statement said that Dhirubhai Ambani Square and Fountain of Joy have been opened in the initial phases. 

Jio World Drive has already been inaugurated at Jio World Centre.

Dhirubhai Ambani Square is set to become a landmark in the city of Mumbai. 

It is dedicated to the founder of Reliance Industries Dhirubhai Ambani and the city of Mumbai. 

Here common people will get free entry. 

The square promises to be a must-see destination for local citizens and tourists from all over the world.
