Singer Akothee faced backlash last week after her former employee accused her of withholding her two-month payment.
The deadpan-looking mother-of-five responded by denying all the allegations and clarified that she only pays people for their worth and not their time.

Akothe was responding to a woman identified only as Brenda, who was demanding Ksh60,000 in settlement, after she launched claims at blogger Edgar Obare alleging the singer had withheld her salary for two months.
