Duck in sleeve in the oven
Duck - 2 kg
Oranges - 1,5 pcs.
Spices for duck - 1 tsp.
Lemon - 1,5 units.
Soy sauce - 80 ml
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
Honey - 3 tbsp.
Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Preparation of the marinade. Squeeze juice from lemon. Add the ginger, honey and soy sauce and stir to combine.
Heat the mixture in the microwave until the honey has dissolved. Add minced garlic and mayonnaise. Stir well and let stand for 30-40 minutes.
Coat the duck with marinade. Place in a baking sleeve, tie the bag only on one side and leave to marinate for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. During marinating, turn and shake the duck several times.
Take the duck out of the bag, cut off the joint near the wings. Sprinkle the bird with spices. Stuff it with orange slices.
Put back into the bag, tie on both sides with a string. Make several punctures in the bag with a needle.
Bake the duck in the oven at 180 ° C for 1 hour and 50 minutes. For each kilo of poultry you need 1 hour of baking. Then cut the bag and bake for another 10 minutes.
Pork pork garmoshka in the oven
Pork (carbonad) - 1,3 kg
Tomato - 1 piece.
Hard cheese - 100 gr
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Seasoning for meat - to taste
Garlic - 5-7 cloves
Wash and dry the meat. Make cuts 1 cm apart, but not all the way through to make an accordion.
Rub the meat with salt, pepper and seasoning, including the cuts. Place in the dish and pour the soy sauce over it. Rub the sauce with your hands between the folds.
Slice tomato and cheese. Place a slice of cheese and tomato in the folds of the meat. Slice the garlic and add it between the folds as well.
Cover the form with foil and send the pork accordion to the oven heated to 180°С for 1.5 hours. After the specified time, remove the foil, check that the meat is ready, and brown until the desired color of crust. Slightly cool the meat, cut into portions and serve.
