Nourishing potato pancakes with onions.


  • potatoes
  • 1 kg
  • vegetable oil
  • 100 ml
  • onion
  • 1 pc.
  • salt
  • 1 tsp.
  • ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp.


STEP 1.Peel and quickly grate the potato tubers, the flesh should not have time to darken.

STEP 2.Grate or chop the onions with a blender and add them to the potatoes. Pour off the excess liquid.

STEP 3.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 4.Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then spoon out the batter.

STEP 5.Fry the potato pancakes on medium heat on both sides until golden brown
