Potato pancakes with zucchini and apples

If only because they're incredibly easy and quick to make, we should love them. We often use both the classic recipe, which includes only potatoes, and the more original one, with apples and zucchini. If you, too, want to make a variety to your usual menu, catch the recipe.


You will need four potatoes, a couple of garlic cloves, one apple, two slices of zucchini, four tablespoons of grits, one egg, vegetable oil for frying, salt, pepper and spices to taste.


Vegetables should be peeled, grate on a coarse grater in one bowl, and then add semolina, salt, spices, garlic and egg. Mix the ingredients well so that you get a homogeneous batter. Heat a frying pan along with the oil and spoon out the batter. If you like them thin and crispy, flatten each one with a spoon. Fry the dish until it has a golden crust. Put the pancakes on a napkin or paper towel so that they do not become too greasy. Serve the dish with sour cream or your favorite flavor...
