Quick kebab on the frying pan
Awesome recipe for quick kebabs at home. Many will say, "Vinegar in the recipe, yuck." But - you try it first! Shish kebab as if cooked in nature. And there is no need to marinate.
Products (for 4 servings)
Pork (neck, ham) - 1 kg
Onions - 2-3 pieces.
Apple cider vinegar - 0,25 cup
Salt - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 0,25-0,5 tsp.

How to fry a kebab on a pan:
Wash and dry the meat. Cut into portions.

Pepper the meat when ready. Do not salt!

Heat a frying pan. Pour vegetable oil. Heat oil and quickly brown the meat, stirring it on all sides.

Dilute the vinegar with water to a full glass.

Pour over the meat and stew until all the liquid evaporates over medium heat, stirring occasionally (about 20 minutes).

Meanwhile, peel and wash the onion. Cut into half rings.
