It has been a long time since the cost of fuel has risen to this high. The cost has become so high and the same time fuel has become so scarce.
What are the reason behind this, is it that there are cartels in the country who are operating the flow of the fuel, is it that the fuel company are waiting for it to go high or is it politically based.

This can be easily be proven by the fact that Russia is a big oil producer in the world. With the suctions placed on Russia, they have interfered with the supply of fuel across the world.
