Sour cream muffins: a quick dessert recipe

For the preparation will need: 


Sour cream of any consistency - 250 ml;

Large eggs - 2 pcs;

Sugar in the sand - 1 cup;

Wheat flour - 2 cups;

Soda - 1 tsp.

Vanillin - on the tip of a knife;

Raisins, candied fruits - according to personal preference.


How to cook:


1. Combine the eggs, granulated sugar and sour cream and mix. Add wheat flour mixed with baking soda.

2. Stir in candied fruit or washed raisins to taste.

3. 3. Pour the batter into the small muffin tins and place in a preheated 250°C oven for 20 minutes.

4. Decorate the cupcakes with icing, fruit or whipped cream.
