Survival Amdist the Pandemic

It is not only one region of the world. It is almost every country that has suffered or still struggling to fight against coronavirus. Many countries has rather decided to live with virus than stay under lockdown. Almost every country were under lockdown to contain this virus and protect their citizens from this virus. However, we are able to understand the moment now that many countries are living with virus.

It is high time we care our own health than be least bothered creature among all. It is understandable that we can still survive with virus without lockdown and quarantine. To cite you an example, the small country like Bhutan was under lockdown several times. First case was detected in the year 2020. It continued and still it is. However, in the year 2022, all the lockdowns and quarantine were lifted except for people entering Bhutan from foreign countries. The quarantine is just 5 days. Everything became normal though there are new death cases and new cases of COVID-19 positive in the country. All the schools and institutions are under full swing. Everything looks so normal and alarming. However, it is important to stay positive and take care of yourself and the people around you.

Followings are the few practices that you can try at home if you are COVID positive or not affected still. You really don't have to be COVID positive.

1) Drink plenty of water. As much as you can. Stay hydrated.

2) Drink ginger water. Plenty of ginger water. You can boil ginger with water and drink as much as you can.

3) Don't forget to do steaming. Use vicks or seek help from nearest health care centers.

4) Carry paracetamol and vitamin C or it can be sinarest to heal you by chance if you get affected.

5) Wear mask. It's must to wear mask to protect yourself as well as people around you. Be socially responsible at this time.

6) Seek help from nearest health care centers if you get seriously ill. Do not stay without informing anyone if you fall sick badly.

7) Make sure you go for check up if you have small kids and elder people in your house because it's harsh when it comes to small kids and elders.

Take care and Stay Safe from Virus.
