1. Hot Sprats and Cheese Sandwiches

 

Ingredients :

 

White loaf - 1 piece.

Sprats - 1 jar

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

 

Cut the white loaf into about 12 slices.Mix mayonnaise with garlic squeezed through a press. Spread 1-2 sprats on each slice of the loaf with garlic mayonnaise. Sprats on a baking tray.Sprinkle with grated cheese.Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 10 minutes. Decorate with greens.

 

2. Hot sandwiches with pesto, mozzarella and tomatoes

 

Ingredients :

 

3 cups fresh basil leaves

1/2 cup olive oil

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts.

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

500 g of Italian chabatta bread

3 finger tomatoes, thin slices

200 g mozzarella cheese, sliced

 

Preparation:

 

In a blender or food processor, chop basil leaves, olive oil and garlic. Add the pine nuts and parmesan cheese. Continue chopping until you get the consistency you want.

Preheat the oven on the grill function (top heating element).Slice the Italian bread into slices of desired thickness. Place a layer of pesto on each slice. Place tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on top.Place slices of bread in a single layer on a large baking tray. Place under the oven grill for 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and browned.

Mix thoroughly, cover and place in the refrigerator.Preheat the oven to 190 C.Slice the French loaf into 12 slices diagonally. Place the bread on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn down the oven temperature to 120 C. Spoon an equal amount of tomato mixture onto the slices of toasted bread. On top lay thin slices of mozzarella cheese. Place the tray with the bread back in the oven until the cheese is slightly melted and oozes over the tomatoes, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

5. Hot cheese and tomato sandwich

 

Ingredients :

 

1 medium tomato

50g cheese

2 slices of white bread

salt

dill

 

Preparation:

 

Turn the top heat on the oven. Thinly slice the tomatoes into rounds or just chop them finely. Grate the cheese.Put the tomatoes on the bread and salt to taste. Once the oven is hot, place the sandwiches on a baking tray (do NOT add butter) and place in the oven. Once the cheese is melted and toasted (10-15 minutes), you can take them out.

150g hard cheese

2 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)

salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

 

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Onions - thin half rings.In the butter to fry the onions until tender. 8 slices of white bread (ciabatta is better)

4 eggs

2 garlic cloves

100g cheese

2 tbsp mayonnaise

fresh parsley

Preparation:

 

Prepare croutons. To do this, spread the bread with butter on 2 sides. The butter should be at room temperature, in order to spread the butter thinner and more evenly. Put the slices of bread in a pan and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Crumble them with a fork. Grate the cheese and press the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Fill with mayonnaise.

Spread egg and cheese mixture on the bread, sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

Ingredients :

 

1 French baguette.

1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

2 pears - peeled and sliced

250 g Dor Blue or Gorgonzola cheese

1 cup chopped walnuts

 

Preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Slice the baguette and arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking tray. Put a slice of pear on each slice and spread it with butter. Sprinkle with cheese and walnuts.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven, or until pears are browned and cheese begins to melt.
