 A delicious, very hearty, mega-chocolate Snickers cake with peanuts and salted caramel.

 

Products

For the sponge cake:

Flour - 190 g

Eggs - 1 egg.

Sugar - 200 gr

Cocoa powder - 45 g

Vegetable oil - 75 ml

Milk - 75 ml

Instant coffee - 2 tbsp.

Water (boiling) - 200 ml

Baking powder - 1 tsp.

Soda - 1/4 tsp.

For the ganache:

Dark Chocolate - 180 gr

Heavy cream (from 30%) - 180 gr

For cream:

Boiled condensed milk - 380 g

Butter - 180 g

Extras:

Roasted (salted) peanuts ~ 200 g

Home salted caramel ~ 200 g
