Pie dough: the perfect recipe


Whatever kind of pie you decide to bake, sweet or meat, this version of the dough will do (for the fruit filling, of course, you need to add a little more sugar). It's very handy to have a simple and versatile recipe on hand if you don't like to experiment in the kitchen.




Kefir - 200 ml;

Flour - 150 grams;

Egg - 2 pcs;

Salt - 1/2 tsp;

Soda - 1/2 tsp.

In a deep bowl beat the eggs, add salt and whisk until smooth. Pour in the kefir, sprinkle in the baking soda and a pinch of sugar. Stir and add sifted flour. That's it, the pouring dough is ready.
