The Perfect Fruit Ice Cream in One Minute Recipe:

For the cherry sorbet, we take frozen cherries and yogurt out of the freezer (in my opinion, in this case yogurt goes better with cherries than milk, but you can also use milk).

Pour the berries into the blender, add the yogurt and sugar to taste. If you like it sweet, put 2 tablespoons, if you prefer a more natural taste, 2 teaspoons will be enough.

Turn on the blender for 1 minute. At first the berries will dangle separately, then the mass will become more even. Ideally, you should get an elastic paste, which is easily mixed in the blender. Open the lid, if it came out a little liquidy, add a little more berries. If very thick, berries as if on the walls of the bowl, add a couple of spoons of yogurt (milk, kefir). At the same time, you can taste the sugar, and if it's not sweet - add more.

Place the resulting fruit and yogurt puree in a vase and enjoy the taste and coolness.

Or another option... Gooseberries! Sorbet from it turns out absolutely fabulous and unique, but it requires a preparatory step.

We take gooseberries and with small scissors we cut off their stems (you can do it with your fingers, but if there are a lot of berries, your nails will hurt). Pour the berries into a bag and put it in the freezer. Once they become firm, you can proceed to making ice cream. If you freeze a sufficient amount at once, then later it will be as easy as with cherries

Gooseberries go very well with milk. Put both in the blender, add the sugar and press the button for 1 minute.

Absolutely fantastic ice cream is ready! Have you ever seen ice cream with such a tender and juicy color?

Let's move on! We take a banana, peel it, cut it into pieces, put it in a bag and put it in the freezer. When it freezes, we send it to the blender together with the kefir. I do not add sugar in this case (I take for this bananas are very ripe and very sweet), but if it seems unsweetened, you can sweeten.

After a minute of blender work we get flavorful, thick, nutritious ice cream.

Now the brightest option - kiwi! Peel the skin, cut into pieces, put in a bag (or in a container so as not to lose the juice if the kiwi is very juicy) and in the freezer.

Put the frozen kiwi slices in the blender. And add... water! Many people probably know that kiwifruit should not be mixed with dairy and sour-milk products - you get a bitterness. So we'll just use water. And sugar.

One minute and..

The dessert is ready!

A very fragrant ice cream is made with an apple.

Take one piece, cut it into four pieces, remove the middle. Cut the quarters into several more pieces. In a bag. In the freezer

Frozen apples with milk and sugar make a very tasty, flavorful treat in a minute.

If the apple is unleavened, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon on the sorbet

Apricots, for example, also make very tasty and bright ice cream.

And if you cooked, but suddenly you have to run and you do not have time to eat ice cream, there is no reason to panic. Just transfer the finished puree into a container and put it in the freezer. When you feel like it, take out the container with the ice cream and warm a little in the microwave in the defrost mode. Or at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Bon appetit!
