Tim Cook Holds Crypto Money, Apple Joins Tesla in Buying Bitcoin?

Apple CEO Tim Cook admits that he personally invests in cryptocurrencies. This he conveyed at the New York Times DealBook event when asked if he owns Bitcoin or Ethereum. "I have [crypto money]. I think it makes sense to have [crypto money] as part of diversifying investments," said Tim Cook. "But I don't give investment advice to anyone." But Tim Cook will not encourage Apple to imitate Tesla's steps to buy Bitcoin crypto as an alternative investment company. He rejected the possibility of Apple buying cryptocurrencies.

"I wouldn't encourage Apple to invest in crypto, not because I wouldn't invest my money there, but because I don't think investors are buying Apple stock to gain exposure to crypto," Tim Cook said. /11/2021).
