We all are in the era of competition. In every field there is too much competition that if we want to survive in this world we have to compete and be prepared for any competition. We have to work hard to stand out in any competition and there is too much stress to do our best in any field.
To get a best college or job we have to give entrance exams. And preparation for these entrance exams require lot of hard work and occur lot of stress too.
Exams causes lot of stress and mental tension because of high competition. Even students at such young age faces depression and tension due to these exams.These exams are highly competitive and require lot of preparation both mentally and physically.Students face too much pressure and stress due to these entrance exams.

1.Good sleep - During exams the circardian cycle of students gets disturbed and results in disturbance of sleep pattern.So it is very important to take good sleep and students should take proper 7-8 hours of sleep because it helps in increasing the concentration in studies.

2.Exercise - Exercise makes you fit both physically and mentally.Exercises increases our focus and reduces stress level too.

3.Meditation - Like exercise meditation also increases focus and our concentration too. It also increases our recalling power also.

4.Music - Music is very effective for relaxation and stress management. Listening to music can help calm your nervous system and lower cortisol levels both of which reduces our stress level. I think music is the best way to destress ourselves.

5.Follow proper diet - It is very necessary to take proper diet during exams because we need energy to prepare for exams and proper diet especially protein rich food which improve memory retention,mental alertness and increase energy levels.

6. Take small breaks during studies - Dont study for rigorous hours, its important to take small breaks for refreshment of our mind.

7.Make proper time table - Some students dont make proper time table and at the end just end up getting exhausted.Proper time table organizes our schedule and subjects and help us to study with good time table.

8. Drink lot of water - Make sure that you are hydrated because dehydration causes less working of our brain cells and neuronal activities.

9.Give mock tests - Practice makes the man perfect.Plenty of mock tests increases our speed and boosts our confidence and prepare us for our exams.

10. Talk to family members and friends - Mental health is very important during exams and if you are feeling low and exhausted so it is important to talk with friends and family and share your feelings
