As a side dish to such steaks can be anything - baked, boiled or fresh vegetables, salads, fresh herbs, various cereals, pasta, potatoes in any form, beans... The imagination of the cook in this case is not limited by anything. In addition, steaks go well with different sauces.
Also one of the pluses of the dish can be called that such steaks can be cooked for future use. Form them, then freeze and use as needed. This will significantly reduce the time to prepare a delicious homemade dinner after the work day, and the family will be very happy.
So, we prepare steaks, for which we put the minced meat in a deep container. Season it with ground black pepper and sprinkle with salt. If you want you can add any other spices you like. All stirred. Under running water, wash green onions, then dry them with a paper towel. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat, mix the mass again. Combine the milk and mustard, stir it and add to the stuffing and stir again.
