Waffles have long been a favorite treat for children and adults. Few people can resist the mere sight of homemade waffles. There are quite a few recipes for making them. Today I would like to share with you a recipe for making waffles in an electric waffle iron. I got this wonderful recipe from my mother. These waffles my mother baked for me when I was a kid, and I love them very, very much, and now I make them myself for my favorite men, and they are very pleased. Try them, I'm sure you'll like them a lot too.
To make waffles in an electric waffle iron you need
(for 25 waffles):
350-400 g of flour;
250g granulated sugar
100 grams of milk;
1 tsp. vegetable oil.
Whisk eggs with granulated sugar.
Add butter at room temperature. Whisk.
Sift flour and add small portions, kneading the dough.
The dough should be quite liquid.
Heat a waffle iron well, grease it with vegetable oil with a pastry brush, and light it. Take a few spoonfuls of batter and pour it into the waffle iron, close the lid tightly and cook the waffle until browned (the degree of "golden", everyone chooses how he likes it best).

Take the hot (!) waffle out of the waffle maker with a knife or fork and immediately roll up.
Prepare the rest of the waffles in the same way. Enjoy your tea time!
In the same way prepare the remaining waffles. If you like waffles with cream, then make your favorite cream and fill the waffles with a syringe. You could make a tangerine custard, for example.
Eat with pleasure!
