For this, I  took the help of a company and with the help of it, I  prepared a diet plan and workout plan according to his body.

 

After this, I followed the diet and started exercising in the gym. 

Gradually, my weight kept decreasing and I came from 74 to 59 kg in just 9 months. 

That is, I  had again reduced his weight by 15 kg. 

Talking about the total weight, I  have weighed 29 kg.

For this, they consume Besan Cheela, Protein Powder, Roti, Dal, Salad, Sprouts, Dry Fruits, Milk throughout the day. 

), used to consume curd, paneer etc.

 

She used to divide these foods according to the calories. 

For example, there are about 260 calories in 100 grams of paneer, 70 calories in 1 cup i.e. 100 grams of curd. 

She used to consume about 1500 calories according to the quantity and calories of food.

 

Then there came a time when he consumed about 1900 calories. 

And at that time he had eaten Maggi, Chocolate, Beefers, Ice Cream everything, but his calories did not go beyond 1900. 

After that again she started taking 1500 calories. 

Then as her weight decreased, she reduced the calories and then she started taking 1200 calories. 

But after that she could not reduce calories, so she started exercising more.

Ankita told that in the beginning she did very light exercise, due to which she started seeing the difference. 

She used to do very little exercise by going to the gym, that is, she used to lift only 2.5 kg and 5 kg dumbbells.

 

She has always given importance to weight training, used to do cardio a lot. 

As time went on while exercising, she kept on gaining weight. 

She always focused on walking 10,000 steps.

 

She used to exercise 2 body parts by going to the gym. 

Like, abs with legs, triceps with chest, biceps with back, abs with shoulders. 

With these light exercises and diet, he lost so much weight.
