A compress can be made from grated onions, propolis, tomato, fresh aloe or celandine. The duration is 12 hours. After removing the compress, the "corns" are rubbed with a pumice stone and lubricated with cream.

For a long time these procedures will not help. Baths with chamomile, decoction of oak bark or strong brew help get rid of the smell of sweat for a while. You can wipe the feet with a solution of vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:3.

 

To make our feet look 100%, it is worth taking care of our nails. Do not forget to do pedicure 2-3 times a month. These are simple procedures that can be done at home: trim your nails, take care of the cuticle and the appearance of the nail plate. If your nails have started to break, try treating them overnight with iodine. You can thickly lubricate your nails with medicinal oils (such as grape seed oil). If your nails are yellowish, you can try rubbing them with lemon juice daily or giving them a bath with lemon juice. It can also indicate a lack of vitamins in the body.
