Indeed, how to properly monitor the posture? In fact, there is nothing complicated about it, you just need to have some information. So, posture is the position in which you always keep your body. By observing posture, you can even judge a person's well-being. When we are in a bad mood or something hurts, we begin to slouch and stoop, in general, holding the posture is not correct. In people with good posture the body always behaves correctly. So, you have to watch not only how you hold your back, but also your movements. Only when you automatically move smoothly and keep your back straight, and you don't have to watch it anymore, you really have good posture.

 

In normal, everyday life, having good posture is not that difficult. It's more difficult to regain posture after childbirth. That's what we're going to talk about now. After all, the consequences of childbirth can lead to a change in the structure of the joints and can start arthritis. So that you can protect yourself from this, you need to know about how pregnancy and childbirth affect your posture, as well as how you can avoid problems with your joints and spine. First, it is worth noting that during pregnancy, posture is affected by several different factors. These are, of course, changes in the size of the abdomen, weight gain and softening of the ligaments. Gradually, the center of gravity shifts and, because of this, the woman rests her chin on her chest, so the distance between the vertebrae in the lumbar spine increases and the upper part of the back is rounded. If after childbirth you notice that your posture has not changed for the better and you continue to hold your back incorrectly, then it is necessary to take care of yourself and correct your posture.

To do this, you need to do simple exercises that will help to align your back and bring your posture to a normal state. It is not difficult to do, you just need to exercise constantly and do not forget to look after yourself.

 

So, to begin with, stand near a mirror so that you can see your full height. Also, you can ask your husband or one of your friends to follow you. Now you need to straighten up to be as tall as you can be. It should feel as if someone has taken the hair on the top of your head and is pulling you up.

 

After that, you need to tighten your buttocks and, at the same time, pull your belly in. Now lean back and feel your pubic bones move forward and up. Finally, lift your rib cage as high as possible away from your ribs.

 

Put your feet so that there is a distance of about thirty centimeters between them. After that you should transfer the whole weight of your body on the outer side of the foot. At the same time the knees should be relaxed and the hands should hang quietly along your body.

 

Your breathing should be calm. Do not allow yourself to breathe frequently and intermittently. You should breathe in slowly and deeply, the way you breathe at your natural rhythm of life.

 

You must feel your new posture. This is the correct and necessary posture. Of course, at first it will certainly seem strange and unnatural to you. Do not think about it. It's just that you are already used to the normal posture, that's why you feel that you feel somehow strange. It's better to look in the mirror and ask the people closest to you. They will definitely tell you that you look much better, your posture has been corrected and you need to walk like this always.

 

So, as soon as you feel that you are holding your back wrong again, repeat these simple exercises to straighten your back and, in time, you will no longer have to watch your posture, because you will always hold yourself correctly.

 

Also, you can use the method of measuring yourself with a centimeter. To do this, wrap the tape around the widest part of your abdomen. Then, lift your chest, align yourself, pick up your buttocks and measure yourself again. Your volume will decrease by five to ten centimeters. This is a very good motivation to constantly watch your posture and not allow yourself to slack off.

 

Remember to watch your posture every day. In order to get your ligaments back to normal, you need to be careful with your back and not overstretch your spine.

 

Also, you need to watch not only how you walk, but also how you sit. First, the chair should have a back so high that you have good support. The back of the chair should be stiff and the seat should be deep enough. You can put a special cushion under your back for more comfortable sitting.

 

Now let's talk about how to lie down and get up from the bed. When getting up, never turn and bend, while spreading the knees. First you need to tense your abdominal muscles, then bend your knees and roll over on your side. After that, you need to push back with your hands and sit on the edge with both feet down on the floor. When you lie down in bed, do the same movements, only in reverse order.

 

When lying down, make sure your back is not twisted to the right or left side. Never sleep on beds that are too soft. If you like to sleep on your back, put a pillow under your feet to keep your spine from sagging. By the way, remember that it is good to lie on your chest at least once in a while. In doing so, you should put pillows under your stomach and groin. If it is painful to lie on your chest, put a pillow under your head and shoulders.

 

When doing any household chores, also make sure that your body does not twist in different directions. Always try to keep your back straight and don't allow yourself to take poses that seem more comfortable but, in doing so, curve your spine. If you do this, your posture will be beautiful and your spine will be strong and straight.
